choc biscoff slice

Ingredients: 


250g of Butter

250g of Icing sugar

85g of Cocoa powder

16 Biscoff biscuits 

Optional: dark chocolate and biscoff spread, for decoration 

Steps:

  1.  Line a small square slice pan with baking paper, ensuring enough paper is hanging over the sides of the pan to help when removing the slice and set aside

  2.  Melt the butter in the microwave until completely melted

  3.  Add the cocoa powder and icing sugar. Stir well to combine

  4.  Pour the mixture into a jug

  5.  Pour 1/3 of the chocolate mixture into the lined slice pan

  6.  Top with 1/3 of the biscoff biscuit

  7.  Repeat this layering process until all the chocolate mixture and biscuits have been used up

  8.  If using, melt the dark chocolate and biscoff spread and drizzle on top of the slice

  9.  Place in the freezer overnight to set

  10.  To slice, remove from pan, and slice into pieces with a hot knife. Enjoy!
