PEANUT BUTTER GRANOLA

Ingredients:

 

3 Cups of Oats

1/4 Tsp of Salt

2 Tbsp of Chia seeds

1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon 

1/2 Cup of Natural Peanut Butter

1/3 Cup of Liquid Sweetener (Maple Syrup or Rice Malt Syrup)

1/4 Cup of Melted Coconut Oil

1 Tsp of Vanilla

Steps:

  1.  Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius, line an oven tray with baking paper

  2.  In a large bowl, combine the oats, salt,  chia seeds and cinnamon

  3.  Add in the peanut butter, sweetener, coconut oil and vanilla and stir gently to create clusters

  4.  Gently pour mixture into lined oven tray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy

  5.  Remove from oven and allow to cool

  6.  Add in any additional mix in such as raisins, coconut chips, toasted mixed nuts and seeds here. Ensuring they are incorporated in evenly

  7.  Transfer to a clean jar or container for storage

  8.  Enjoy!
