Deposits & Payments

Cake Orders (6"/ 8"/ Two-Tiered/ Mini Cakes) 

1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order is required when booking.

2. The date of the event, collection or delivery is considered "booked" once the customer sends a screenshot showing transfer of the deposit and once it has been received.

3. The deposit due date will be detailed on the invoice and the final payment is due three (3) days prior to the date of event, collection or delivery.

4. There will be a two (2) days gracing period after the deposit due date to pay debt before Drip Cakery will cancel the order and no refund will be given. 

5. Preferred method of payment is via bank transfer.

Cupcake & Pack Orders 

1. Full payment is required for all Cupcake and Pack orders. 

2. The date of the collection or delivery is considered "booked" once the customer sends a screenshot showing transfer of the full payment and once it has been received.

3. The full payment date is due three (3) days prior to the date of the collection or delivery.

4. If payment has not been received before three (3) days prior to the date of collection or delivery, Drip Cakery will send a reminder to the customer. If there is no response within 24 hours, Drip Cakery will cancel the order.

5. Preferred method of payment is via bank transfer.
